Since 2010 as a Design Director, she leads exciting design projects; educational programmes for buyers, government organisations; brands and manufacturers; she coordinates researches think tanks and market trends-focused projects. Together with Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., she co-founded TRENDVISION Jewellery + Forecasting, an independent observatory focusing on trend forecasting for the jewellery industry where she supports the project as its Creative Director.

Her wide experience combined with the desire to share her passion, led her to become Marketing Director and Production Coordinator. “I started looking at my father. He has taught me a lot and continues to do it every day. I had the privilege of seeing golden sheets and precious gems become stunning jewels, and furthermore the emotion of wear them. He holds a Master in Business Administration achieved between London and Barcelona.Marco has always been a sports enthusiast and has brilliantly completed the 2015 edition of Barcelona Ironman in 10h and 4 '.

Respirando fin da piccola i linguaggi e le tecniche di questo mondo se ne è innamorata, iniziando a vent’anni il percorso nell’azienda di famiglia. Qui ha iniziato come tagliatrice di pietre preziose, ricoprendo gradualmente i diversi ruoli lungo la catena di produzione. Ha così acquisito esperienza diretta di tutti i passaggi manifatturieri, per arrivare, grazie alla sua passione per la comunicazione, a lavorare nell’ambito commerciale, gestendo i rapporti con diversi clienti. Questa esperienza trasversale, unita alla volontà di trasmettere la propria passione, l’ha portata a diventare Direttrice Marketing e Coordinatrice della produzione. “Ho iniziato osservando mio padre. Lui mi ha insegnato molto e continua a farlo ogni giorno. Ho avuto il privilegio di vedere trasformare lastre d’oro e pietre preziose in gioielli e poi ho potuto vedere l’emozione che da indossarli. La mia passione nasce da qui” così Alessia Crivelli racconta il suo percorso all’interno dell’azienda, un’unione tra acquisizione di competenze, passioni ed emozioni, che sono sempre state il motore per la sua crescita professionale.

Marco Carniello, ingegnere gestionale, gestisce la Divisione Jewellery & Fashion di IEG dal 2016. Il suo percorso professionale lo ha portato dalla consulenza strategica in gruppi quali Accenture e Bain & Company (Milano), a ruoli di marketing per Avis Rent a Car (Londra) e di Sales Director in un’azienda milanese di abbigliamento e accessori nell’ambito di un accordo di private equity. Ha conseguito un Master in Business Administration tra Londra e Barcellona. Marco è da sempre un grande appassionato di sport e ha completato brillantemente l’edizione 2015 della Ironman in 10h e 4’.

His technical background makes him a profound connoisseur of the goldsmithery world: before becoming the leader of the family business he held R&D assistant roles (Balestra 1882 SpA), was head of casting department (Novi Srl) and production manager (Tecno Orafa Artigiana). Paola Ferrari is the ultimate embodiment of a stylish Italian woman with a mission. Born in Milan, and based in Houston and New York City, Paola has over 30 years of experience in international engagement, also as UN officer in New York, and entrepreneurship with a special focus in non-profit management. In 2009, she and her husband, researcher Dr. Mauro Ferrari, founded Accademia di Gagliato delle Nanoscienze, a non-profit that holds an annual invitation-only conference highlighting science and emerging technologies in medicine, in Calabria, Italy. Nanoparticle research is one of the most studied branches of research in the world with infinite possibilities. Eager to translate the beauty of the nano images into wearable art, Paola designed her first “nanojewel” from a square piece of silicon containing 16,000 nanochannels encased in a frame of white gold which she wore as a pendant. The necklace was so well received that she soon began to create more wearable nanoparticle art jewelry . The Nanos Collection of silver, bronze and copper pieces was unveiled in July 2016 at NanoGagliato 2016. The Nanos Diamond Collection was launched on November 13, 2018, during a Gala at Gallerie d’Italia in Milan hosted by the US Market Forum 2018. Nanoshapes shares parts of its profits with NanoPiccola, and other initiatives aimed to empower people through science education.
