She is constant front row figure at fashion shows worldwide: dubbed by Moda Operandi as “The Real Buyer”, she is rumored to have the largest private collection of Delpozo on the planet.

Prior to Moda Operandi Jamie held senior roles at Topshop/TOPMAN, Maison Martin Margiela, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys New York, French Connection and J.Crew.
Award-winning designer from Rome, now living in Bangkok. His unique design is characterized by a very strong Italian “know-how” where proportions, volumes, multi-functionality and movements come together with color combinations. Starting her career in New York in in 1989 as a designer, she collaborated with leading luxury brands. In 2002 she established a company focused on research and forecasting, launching the world’s first and most authoritative jewellery trends publication. Since 2010 as a Design Director, she leads exciting design projects; educational programmes for buyers, government organisations; brands and manufacturers; she coordinates researches think tanks and market trends-focused projects. Together with Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., she co-founded TRENDVISION Jewellery + Forecasting, an independent observatory focusing on trend forecasting for the jewellery industry where she supports the project as its Creative Director.
Born in Valenza, the homeland of jewel and artisan excellences. Breathing the languages and the techniques of this world from an early age, Alessia fell in love with it, starting at twenty years old working in the family business.
Here she started as a gem cutter, gradually covering the different roles along the production chain. She thus gained direct experience of all manufacturing steps to arrive, thanks to her passion for communication, to work in the commercial field, managing relationships with various customers. Her wide experience combined with the desire to share her passion, led her to become Marketing Director and Production Coordinator.
“I started looking at my father. He has taught me a lot and continues to do it every day. I had the privilege of seeing golden sheets and precious gems become stunning jewels, and furthermore the emotion of wear them. My passion is born from here” that is how Alessia Crivelli talks about her career within the company, a union between acquisition of skills, passions and emotions, that have always been the engine for her professional growth.
Marco Carniello, industrial engineer, is the Director of IEG Jewellery & Fashion Division since 2016.
His career starts in strategic consultancy groups such as Accenture and Bain & Company (Milan). He moves to marketing in Avis Rent a Car (London) then becomes Sales Director of an Italian clothing and accessories company in a private equity deal.
He holds a Master in Business Administration achieved between London and Barcelona.
Marco has always been a sports enthusiast and has brilliantly completed the 2015 edition of Barcelona Ironman in 10h and 4 '.
