VICENZAORO, as a cultural platform at each edition of the show offers VISIO.NEXT - the main event of each edition of the Fair dedicated to the dissemination of culture in the jewelry sector and beyond. Lauren Kulchinsky Levison

Vice President, Chief Style Officer, Curator
Mayfair

Named in 2002 jeweler and retailer of the year, Lauren is the youngest person to ever be inducted into the Hall of Fame by National Jeweler and to be awarded, in 2003, the “Key to Italy” by the Italian Trade Commission and “Jeweler of the Year” for her work with Italian designers and brands.

She is constant front row figure at fashion shows worldwide: dubbed by Moda Operandi as “The Real Buyer”, she is rumored to have the largest private collection of Delpozo on the planet.

Known for having a good eye, Lauren is always on the cusp of discovering new talent. She represents the fourth generation at Mayfair, a family run and family owned business which celebrated its 60th year in 2016.

Lydia COURTEILLE

Designer

Scientist, collector, gemmologist and traveller, but at heart an antique jewellery dealer, Lydia Courteille started to create almost twenty years ago, conjuring up more than fifty collections so that she could share her passions, knowledge and creativity with her clients.

A free spirit, her humour and audacity knows no limits; provocation is never far away from her extraordinary imagination. Mysterious symbols, archaeology from the distant past, flora and fauna are all part of her intoxicating mix. Her jewels are nevertheless wearable and her parures noble in style.

To enter Lydia Courteille’s curiosity cabinet is to take a journey of discovery into the world of conversation jewellery with stories to tell.

Lynn Yaeger

Contributor American Vogue

Lynn Yaeger, a contributing editor at American Vogue and vogue.com, has been writing about fashion, culture, and jewelry for over two decades. Yaeger began her career at the Village Voice, where she was a senior editor.

She has written for many publications, including Vogue Italia, the New York Times, Architectural Digest, Travel & Leisure, and Departures. Though she covers many subjects in her work, her true passion is for jewelry.

She has a vast collection of antique jewels—what better to spend one’s money on? —but she is also open to the work of new designers. Though she lives in New York City—look for her visiting the dealers on 47th Street! —she is equally at home on Portobello Road in London, the Rue St Honore in Paris, or anywhere else fine jewelry can be found.

Paola Ferrari

Founder & Owner of Nanashapes LLC
President of Academy of Gagliato of NanoSciences

Paola Ferrari is the ultimate embodiment of a stylish Italian woman with a mission. Born in Milan, and based in Houston and New York City, Paola has over 30 years of experience in international engagement, also as UN officer in New York, and entrepreneurship with a special focus in non-profit management. In 2009, she and her husband, researcher Dr. Mauro Ferrari, founded Accademia di Gagliato delle Nanoscienze, a non-profit that holds an annual invitation-only conference highlighting science and emerging technologies in medicine, in Calabria, Italy.

Nanoparticle research is one of the most studied branches of research in the world with infinite possibilities. Eager to translate the beauty of the nano images into wearable art, Paola designed her first “nanojewel” from a square piece of silicon containing 16,000 nanochannels encased in a frame of white gold which she wore as a pendant. The necklace was so well received that she soon began to create more wearable nanoparticle art jewelry .

The Nanos Collection of silver, bronze and copper pieces was unveiled in July 2016 at NanoGagliato 2016. The Nanos Diamond Collection was launched on November 13, 2018, during a Gala at Gallerie d’Italia in Milan hosted by the US Market Forum 2018. Nanoshapes shares parts of its profits with NanoPiccola, and other initiatives aimed to empower people through science education.
