Creativity, innovation and sustainability: challenges and opportunities for Made in Italy Jewellery

The panel that will be inaugurating the upcoming January edition of Vicenzaoro 2020, created from a project that follows strategic lines defined by the Italian Trade Agency (ICE) to support evolution and development in the gold and jewellery industry, is an exceptional one.

For the first time in collaboration with Club degli Orafi Italia, the Show’s opening event will make an overall assessment of the Made in Italy jewellery industry and, thanks to the debate between the prestigious speakers in attendance on this occasion, try to outline the strategic guidelines for increasingly more sustainable development.

The starting point will be a careful reflection on the sector’s entire value chain and its impact on distribution dynamics and the end customers’ buying decisions. How can we preserve our patrimony of artisan and industrial know how? How can innovation in Made in Italy manufacturing be made easier so that it stays competitive for all its international stakeholders?

An important debate between players from the entire supply chain and related sectors: Visio.Next at Vicenzaoro January will be an important moment to share guidelines on how to re-launch Italian jewellery and to demonstrate the importance of promoting the «Italia» brand together.
