Opened in December 2010, Palazzo delle Misture is the ideal place for aperitifs and after dinner drinks in the name of good drinking. The wine list offers a variety of labels in the wine bar, with particular attention on historical native and recently retrieved grapes. Gianluca and Andrea Camazzola propose a wide range of cocktails, from the international classics to the more modern mixes as well as a rediscovery of forgotten drinks. One room is specifically dedicated to absinth and here you can taste historical brands from the late 1800s to early 1900s and absinth-based cocktails. The cocktails made with new molecular mixology techniques are particularly interesting.
