On which dates and at which times does the tradeshow take place?
The tradeshow takes place from September 6th to 10th 2024 from Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Tuesday 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

TICKETS AND ENTRANCE

How can I get the ticket?
The event is for trade professionals only. Admission is free upon online registration on the website from approximately 3 months prior to the event For assistance contact:
Can I re-enter with the same badge/ticket once I leave the exhibition center?
you are allowed to re-enter even after leaving the event.
Can animals enter the exhibition center?
The entry of animals is not permitted, with the exception of service dogs
Can children enter the exhibition center?
Entrance is permitted to children over 12 years old. There is no Nursery Room inside the exhibition center.

ACCESS

From which entrance can I access the tradeshow?
The tradeshow is accessible from three entrances:
  • West entrance located in Via dell'Oreficeria 16
  • North entrance, located next to the Palakiss, in Via dell'Oreficeria
  • East entrance, located in Via dell'Oreficeria, in front of the Alfa Hotel and opposite the West entrance

INFO ON THE EXHIBITION AND SERVICES IN THE EXHIBITION CENTER

Where can I find the list of exhibitors and their position on the map?
The list of exhibitors is available on the event website approximately two months before the event. The map with the positions of all exhibitors will be available 1 month before the event on the digital platform The Jewellery Golden Cloud.
Is there a cloakroom service?
A free cloakroom service is available.
Are there bars inside the exhibition center?
In the exhibition center there are bars and restaurant services as indicated at the following link
Is a free wi-fi network available?
Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available throughout the entire exhibition center, with free access

NAVIGATION

How can I navigate the exhibition center during the renovation?
The revised exhibition center map is available at the following link
Where can I find the communities in their new locations?

The worksite will affect the "pyramid", i.e. Halls 2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4, and Hall 5.

To ensure the carrying out of the activities, 3 temporary pavilions have been created, connected to the rest of the exhibition center and easily accessible from the other pavilions.

  • HALL 7 A: connected to Hall 7 it will host the companies of the ICON, CREATION and CREATION MOUNTINGS & SEMI FINISHED communities
  • HALL 4 A, connecting and linked to Halls 4 and 6, will host the companies of the CREATION Community.
  • HALL 10, connected to Halls 3 - 3.1 and equipped with access from via Oreficeria, will host the companies of the LOOK, EXPRESSION and ESSENCE ELEMENTS communities. .

During the renovation, HALL 3.2 will be reopened, connected to levels 3.1 and 3.2
