Aqua Crua
The environment is unique without divisions between those who cook and those who eat, for 35 covers divided into small tables of different capacities.
A cuisine of sharing, but also simple, made of few ingredients, of subtraction, where the products smell of the Chef's homeland of Trentino. A proposal that changes every week based on what the market and seasons offer, and with a section dedicated to intolerances and alternative eating habits.



Bar Borsa
In the charming Piazza dei Signori, under the vaults of the Basilica Palladiana, Bar Borsa marks the passage of time with its proposals: the 10:00 a.m. breakfast offers coffee, cakes, brioche and at the weekend it turns into a slow brunch; at 1 p.m: 00 the rich lunch break offers first and second courses, burgers and sandwiches; the 7:00 p.m. aperitif between the classic aperol macchiato spritz and selections of wines and beers; at 8:00 p.m. dinner presents fish, meat and vegetarian dishes; and the 10:00 p.m. after-dinner lights up with sophisticated sounds and classic, innovative and revisited cocktails. The Exchange is a place where food & beverage combine with music.



Ponte delle Bele
Just a short walk from Porta Castello, one of the ancient entrances to the 13th-century walls surrounding Vicenza's historic center, is this quaint trattoria. In the three rooms, furnished in Tyrolean style, you can taste traditional Vicenza dishes, such as baccalà (salt cod) and bigoli, and Trentino and Tyrolean specialties, such as spatzel and gulash. Desserts are all strictly homemade.

La Meneghina
Since 1791, the Antica Offelleria della Meneghina has breathed centuries of stories, encounters and tales. The restaurant is part of the Cultural Association of Historical Places of Italy, a reality that protects and promotes the oldest and most prestigious establishments, protagonists and witnesses of pages of Italian history. Here it is possible to retrace the history of the patriot conspirators during the Austrian siege of 1848, while sipping a pleasant aperitif accompanied by “pezzo,” a homemade dough baked daily in the artisan workshop.



Sotobotega. The bacalà bistro
In an interweaving of past and future, amid ancient stones and terracotta, in the sotobotèga of the Il Ceppo delicatessen rises the bistro of the historic gastronomy in the city center, a tribute to Vicenza's extraordinary food and wine culture and its main dish, salt cod.
It is a cozy, warm place where one can hear the subdued repose of wines and walk over the remains of an ancient Roman road, among Palladian vaults and 16th-century relics that the Boscolo family preserves as custodians.



Pasticceria Poggiana
Quality, passion for flavor and careful selection of raw materials are the ingredients of the recipe, from which Franco Poggiana, in December 1969, founded his pastry workshop; a recipe carefully followed and handed down to his son Paolo, now the owner, who has taken this reality beyond the world of desserts thanks to his revisitation. Sandwiches, pizzettas, savory pies and a range of elaborate dishes sit alongside cookies, pastries, cakes and chocolate. At Poggiana Bakery, innovation and novelty are married with respect for tradition. An extensive wine list is also available, including Champagne, Alsatian wines and many Italian offerings.

Trattoria da Isetta
An ancient history of a united and sincere family, where customer care and respect for the raw materials are Galdino's teaching and compass. Monica, in the kitchen, and Manuela, in the dining room, hand down the tradition, knowledge and flavors of the trattoria from day to day, with an eye to revisiting and innovating, to transform the raw materials into exquisite dishes, where attention to detail makes them evocative experiences. Specializing in grilled and barbecued meat, Da Isetta always features homemade pasta and bread, game in the fall, and herbs in the spring.

Damini. Macelleria & affini
Damini Macelleria & Affini is the safe destination where quality, knowledge and creativity welcome lovers of the good and the healthy. Already from the entrance begins a new journey into taste, among scents and flavors, a joyful atmosphere and all the passion of those who love their work. The project stems from the desire of the two brothers Gian Pietro and Giorgio to combine their skills to reopen the historic family butcher shop going beyond the classic “counter.” A complete experience that is expressed through the restaurant with its balanced and creative cuisine and the store of eno-gastronomic excellence. In 2014, the butcher shop/restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, thanks to chef Giorgio Damini.



Osteria Terraglio
Located in one of Bassano's most charming squares, the osteria retains the charm of the historic wine bar, with its exposed beams and large counter in the entrance. Attention to detail and a cuisine that pays attention to seasonality and regional products are the hallmarks of the Terraglio. A passion for local cuisine is combined with research: chef Alessandro Bortoli knows how to surprise, with innovative combinations. Small groups can eat in the wine cellar, while, in summer, it is possible to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor seating area. Ristorante Birraria Ottone
Ottone Brewery was founded in 1870 by Austrian master brewer Otto Wipflinger, who began brewing, importing and distributing German and Austrian beer, combining it with traditional Tyrolean dishes. Today, the restaurant is both an elegant and typical brewery and a renowned restaurant, where tradition and contemporaneity meet and marry mainly in the culinary offerings. The Navarrino Wipflinger mansion frames it and is still run by the founder's grandchildren.

Cenere G.B.
CENERE G.B. was founded in 1954 as a hawker business selling haberdashery items, straw bags and hats. Soon, however, Mr. Giovanni Bortolo Cenere, attracted by the burgeoning clothing markets in the squares of Paris, London, and New York, decides to turn his business around. Thus, in 1961 a new clothing store was born in Bassano del Grappa, inside which, research, new perspectives and continuous updates are the elements that characterize it and great national and international brands and labels.



Nardini: la Grapperia and le Bolle
Le Bolle was revealed to the general public in 2004, on the occasion of the 225th anniversary of the company's founding. A modern work of architecture designed by Massimiliano Fuksas that evokes the alchemy of distillation and that, together with the Grapperia di Bassano, tells of the love for the territory and enhances its potential. A work projected into the future that stands within the company park, designed by Pietro Porcinai in the early 1980s, Bolle was created as a research laboratory and a space to promote the culture of grappa through events and guided tours.



Villa della Torre – Wine Shop
Villa Della Torre Allegrini, located in Fumane di Valpolicella and designed by master Giulio Romano, is, since 2008, a venue for cultural events and pleasant food and wine experiences. An absolutely unique building, built at the height of the Renaissance according to the model of the Roman domus antiqua, it is now home to the Allegrini winery, among the most prestigious wine producers in Italy and the world, a point of excellence for Amarone.



Il Ceppo
Traditional dishes from the Veneto region and a delightful bistro with tables and chairs between stone walls in the store's cellar: this is Il Ceppo delicatessen, founded by Osvaldo Boscolo in 1971 and immediately destined to become one of the most celebrated in the Vicenza gastronomy scene. Stamperia d'Arte Busato
In the historic center of Vicenza, in a sixteenth-century palace, the Stamperia d'arte Busato has been based for more than 70 years. It was founded by Ottorino Busato in October 1946, when he decided to start his own Lithography and Chalcography business, after an important experience gained by working since 1924 in the most important printing houses in the Veneto region. In the mid-1960s, the Stamperia's most flourishing season began, with such prominent interlocutors as Neri Pozza and Tono Zancanaro, with whom Giuliano, succeeding his father, developed a deep sense of the relationship between artist and printer. Since then, the relationship of perfect understanding between printer and artist has been what makes the Printworks unique.



Cappelleria Palladio
Operating since the early 1900s in Contra' Pescherie Vecchie, then Zoccoli Square, Cappelleria Palladio specializes in the sale of men's and women's hats. In 2007 it was declared a “Bottega Storica” and has always offered a wide selection of men's and women's hats and scarves, elegant and sporty, strictly handmade by skilled artisans. The store's atmosphere is steeped in antiques, starting with the women's hat department furnished in 18th-century Venetian style, while the men's section is enveloped in Austrian and English-inspired atmospheres.
