An exclusive journey into the history of Unoaerre

On November 16th, Unoaerre Industries opened the doors to its historic jewellery factory in Arezzo. The event "Unoaerre Experience – Beyond the Jewel" offered, for the first time in many years, a unique opportunity to explore firsthand the process that seamlessly combines craftsmanship and innovation – two pillars that have made Unoaerre a symbol of Italian excellence.

During the guided tour, guests were taken through the main stages of the jewellery-making process, discovering how tradition intertwines with technology and meticulous attention to detail.

Maria Cristina Squarcialupi, President of Unoaerre, remarked: “With the Open Day Beyond the Jewel, we wanted to open the doors of our company after so many years, not only to share our jewellery-making tradition, but also the values that guide us every day: passion, care, and innovation.

It was a moment to bring people together, allowing the relatives and friends of our employees to visit our production facility and witness step by step how a Unoaerre jewel is created.”

Participants also had the chance to access the company museum, where they could admire vintage machinery, iconic jewellery pieces, and archival materials that narrate the company’s evolution – from its origins in the 1930s to its rise as a global symbol of Made in Italy.

The experience was further enriched by a delightful touch: the company cafeteria was transformed into a welcoming space for a special tasting of chocolates and liquors, curated by Vestri Cioccolato. This moment fused two seemingly distant crafts – the working of precious metals and that of chocolate – united by a shared passion, commitment to quality, and attention to detail.
