Leadership Changes at Vhernier

On September 13th, Vhernier, the renowned luxury jewellery Maison, announced a significant restructuring of its top management following its acquisition by Richemont, one of the world's leading luxury groups.
In an official statement, it was confirmed that Gianluca Brozzetti, Executive Vice President of Buccellati, will join Vhernier’s Board of Directors as Executive Vice President and will temporarily assume the role of Interim CEO. This appointment marks a strategic move for the Maison, aiming to strengthen its position in the global luxury jewellery market.
The Traglio family, which acquired Vhernier in 2001, will remain actively involved in the company’s future, retaining key leadership positions. Maurizio Traglio, previously CEO, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Carlo Traglio, current President of Vhernier S.p.A., will take on the role of President of Vhernier USA LLC. Isabella Traglio, as Head of Design and Research and Development, will continue to lead the creative direction of the Maison. All these changes are already in effect.
Nicolas Bos, CEO of Richemont, expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership: "I have admired Vhernier since it was co-founded by Angela Camurati. Richemont has a deep respect for the remarkable work of the Traglio family, which has positioned Vhernier as a unique and innovative Maison in the world of international jewellery. We are excited to collaborate with Maurizio, Carlo, and Isabella to drive Vhernier’s future growth."
Maurizio Traglio highlighted the importance of Vhernier’s entry into Richemont’s portfolio, stating: "We are pleased that Vhernier is joining the prestigious family of Richemont jewellery Maisons. We strongly believe that our distinctive creative style and artisanal quality, combined with Richemont’s managerial excellence, will enable us to solidify our position as a leading global jewellery brand."
Gianluca Brozzetti also expressed great confidence in the Maison’s future: "Vhernier has long been admired for the unique, contemporary, and essential design of its creations. In the coming years, we will focus on consolidating its success and expanding its network of boutiques, leveraging the exquisite Made in Italy craftsmanship that sets us apart."
