The opening of the Marco Bicego boutique in Shanghai, which occurred last March, signifies a significant advancement in the brand's international market development, particularly in China, a key market experiencing robust growth in the luxury sector. This expansion follows the brand's inaugural flagship store launch in Beijing in 2020 at the China World Mall. The new flagship store in Shanghai is situated within the prestigious Grand Gateway 66 complex, a prominent shopping destination in the Xujiahui district, one of the primary commercial and logistical hubs in the southwestern part of the city.

Covering an area of approximately 75 square meters on the ground floor, the boutique attracts the highest visitor traffic within the shopping center. Its design encapsulates the brand's essence with luxurious elements, including elegant displays and soft, delicate lighting. Inside, brown Italian marble accents, soft beige surfaces, contrasting glass cabinets, and pink velvet armchairs create a relaxing and inviting ambiance. The boutique's aesthetic mirrors the visual identity of Marco Bicego stores worldwide, showcasing the craftsmanship that distinguishes the brand's jewellery, including the iconic "coil" motif.
