All exhibitors at Vicenzaoro January 2026 are welcome to participate in the VO Awards.
Read the regulation carefully and submit your application by November 30, 2025.
For your application to be complete, you must submit:
- The product sheet, with a detailed technical description and manufacturing information
- Images and videos of the product
- Any supporting communication initiatives
- The privacy file, completed and signed. Remember to check the “allow” box!
DATES NOT TO BE MISSED
September 5, 2025 - Opening of applications
Prepare your jewellery and application materials.
30 November 2025 - Closing date for applications
We will accept applications until 23.59 (CEST) on 30 November. Please be on time and do not wait until the last minute to send in your materials!
January 2026 - First jury selection
The jury will select three jewels for each category, find out if you are among the finalists.
Vicenzaoro January 2026: Exhibition and Award Ceremony
If you have entered the finalists, you will be able to admire your jewel on display during Vicenzaoro January 2026. Wait for the vote by buyers and visitors and attend the award ceremony on Sunday 18 January to find out if you have won!
