Babylon, the new tool by ePlay Group and Art&sofT

Babylon, the new tool by ePlay Group and Art&sofT

The ePlay Group and Art&sofT opened 2026 with a new development set to transform the jewelry sector: Babylon, the group’s entity equipped with an Artificial Intelligence module, created to enhance the XOX Group ecosystem, the digital platform entirely dedicated to the jewelry world that integrates solutions, expertise and technologies to support brands, manufacturers and retailers at every stage of their business. This new tool introduces a real paradigm shift through the direct integration of AI into company systems: ERP, CRM, MES, Sales Agent Apps, B2B platforms and eCommerce, enabling faster processes and immediate analysis. Babylon accesses company data and makes it available through an intuitive and secure interface: a customized internal chat that can be queried like an expert colleague. This leads to an autonomous, fast and value-oriented organization. The adoption of AI also impacts the internal operations of the ePlay Group and Art&sofT: more timely support, smoother project management and more effective technical interventions. A structural evolution that strengthens service quality and expands the group’s ability to support companies.
