Sartorial goldsmith visions

Crafted to achieve the softness of silk, or the poetics of knitted or crocheted textures: through the hands of expert artisans, gold and silver are transformed into textured creations that recall precious fabrics. Jewelry that is meeting with more and more interest. Credit goes to a "sartorial" goldsmith mastery which, combined with a creative sensitivity, gives the jewelry a sensory dimension: rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, to be worn, but also to be caressed and looked at, which bestow an immediately recognizable aesthetic, comfort, and tactile pleasure.

Daniela Raccanello, designer of D’orica, nurtures a passion for sewing. With gold needle and thread she gives life to precious interweavings that recall the designs of Venetian lace, her city of origin. In her workshops, gold is worked with the curiosity of someone who profoundly knows its most noble properties and wants to discover new ones: an exercise that takes shape in brilliant plays of colors and light effects.

The same passion nurtures the work of Marcela Salvador, who creates jewelry by hand in her own Sicilian atelier. With a past in the fashion world and a specialization in the knitwear sector, the designer transfers her skills to jewelry, creating textures and embroideries where fabric yarn is replaced with 925 silver. Spun silver is the characteristic component of her jewelry collections which are made by crocheting and knitting, taking inspiration from traditional stitches or drawing from the natural shapes of plants and rocks.

Instead, Cammilli Firenze works on finishes, giving life to jewelry as soft and smooth as silk. It took more than 35 years of specialization in goldsmith treatment and processing to achieve original gold colorations and durable silky effects on the metal surfaces. An excellence that is well recognized in the famous finish called "Aetherna" which enhances the depth of the shapes and their three-dimensionality, through an alternation of polished and matte effects.
