Valentine’s Day 2026: jewelry as a ritual of eternal love

Valentine’s Day 2026: jewelry as a ritual of eternal love

According to Paola Sasplugas, Creative Director and Co-founder of PdPaola, jewelry is a symbol charged with meaning, a way to keep intimacy alive in the contemporary world. An idea that, on Valentine’s Day, finds its fullest expression. Giving a piece of jewelry remains one of the most natural gestures to celebrate love. For Valentine’s Day 2026, the Spanish brand presents its Signature initial necklace, introduced under the concept The Love Letter Reborn, alongside personalized charms, engagement rings, and iconic pieces designed for everyday wear. Creations that transform emotion into a lasting sign. Boccadamo’s interpretation, by contrast, embraces tones of red and gold to convey an immediate sense of romance, with a selection of enameled jewelry illuminated by crystals and pavé-set zirconia, perfect for surprising the one you love.Meanwhile, Buccellati unveils the new Ghirlanda Color creations, which Mario Buccellati describes as follows: “Ghirlanda Color is for us a bridge between the rich legacy of my father and grandfather and a bold vision for the future. With the introduction of colored gemstones, we celebrate the continued evolution of a symbol that for generations has embodied love, triumph, and the artisanal mastery that has defined us for over a century.”
